Moderator: Prof. Stefano Rebeggiani
While Christians have venerated the Virgin Mary for centuries, few Catholic theologians have connected the messy experience of giving birth to the Church and the spiritual life. Come listen to Orthodox theologian Dr. Carrie Frost explains how the physical demands of motherhood can help us understand God, as she reads the Church Fathers and Orthodox icons. Joining her in this conversation is Catholic pediatrician Dr. Patrick Whelan.
